Types of Membership

Membership in the Keystone Civic Association is open to individuals, families, social groups, churches, businesses, HOAs , and POAs.

Benefits of Membership

Since its inception in the 1930’s the Keystone Civic Association has been our community’s standard bearer.  Its depth and breadth of service is touched on throughout this website.  The benefits begin with knowing that your membership makes it all possible.  Some of them are also described in Benefits of Membership which you are encouraged to print and use as an informational piece along with the KCA Membership & Advertising form.


Business Directory

KCA members that are businesses, churches, HOAs, and POAs are listed in the directory that appears in the Keystone Connections newsletter and on this KCA web site.


Annual Membership

All memberships are annual.  After your initial enrollment you will be sent a renewal invoice each January.  Of course, you may prepay as many years as you wish.


Monthly Advertising

Business may also take advantage of an advertising opportunity in the Keystone Connections newsletter.  See the KCA Membership & Advertising form for ad details.


How to Join / Advertise

Joining the KCA family is easy - just complete the Membership and Advertising form.

Advertising in the Newsletter - also complete the advertising section of the same form and send your ad copy to the editor.

Payments & Information

Any payment can be made by mail.  However, a Pay-Pal feature is being added should you prefer that method.

Either way - your updated contact information is a must-have.

By Mail:

a.  First time membership or advertising:  Complete a Membership & Advertising form. You can Print it here if you do not otherwise have one. Return it with your check.

  If advertising, also complete the ad section and returm it with your check.  You must also provide the ad by e-mail (see the form).

b.  Renewal of annual membership: You will receive an invoice.  Update your contact information and return with your check.

c.  Quarterly Payment of Advertising:  You must pay 3 month at a time. After your initial 3 months - you will receive invoices.  Update your contact and ad information and return your your check.

By Pay-Pal:

a.  First time membership or advertising:  Complete a Membership & Advertising form by using this E-form and Pay-Pal feature.

  If advertising, also complete the ad section of the e-form. You must also provide the ad by e-mail (see the form).

b.  Renewal of annual membership: You will receive an invoice reminder.  Update your contact information and pay by using the E-form and Pay-Pal feature.

c.  Quarterly Payment of Advertising:  You must pay 3 month at a time. After your initial 3 months - you will receive invoices.  Use the E-form and Pay Pal feature to update your contact and ad information and remit payment.
